After 7 months it stopped avoiding obstacles

The obsticle avoidance was one of the main reasons I bought this from Amazon. I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions n the manual but none work.. Good luck trying to contact this company. The "Contact Us" on this web site doesn't work.

Lasted only a few months before it stopped working. Good luck getting in touch with anyone at shellbot. Have never been able to get anyone to actually answer the phone or return a single email. So far I am stuck with a very expensive paperweight! Save your money and buy any other brand! It has been over two weeks trying to get in touch with someone. Unfortunately, past my time with Amazon so I can't return it. It was one of the better vacuums we have owned before it died. It is also one of the quickest to die. With no after purchase support, I cannot recommend any of their products!
